You can get a clear picture of the number of staff members available to assist you by your first impressions on the phone. Was your call answered by a recording? How soon would the company be able to schedule your service? Is the company able to provide after sale service?

How long has the company been in business? 41 Years!_ OTHER___
If the company has not been in business for very long, there's a good chance they may be here today, gone tomorrow. This means that if your work was guaranteed, you can't have the guarantee made good by a non-existent company.

Does the company have a showroom? YES_a_ OTHER___
If the company is proud of its work, it is proud to display it to the public. Beware of companies whose work you cannot inspect!
